Justin, the owner, began his career in DOT Truck Safety while performing heavy truck repairs independently. He transitioned into a full-time role as a fleet mechanic, where he advanced into management by leading teams of technicians and overseeing fleet maintenance for 75–100 vehicles, covering more than 400 pieces of diverse heavy-duty equipment.

In recent years, Justin has managed a heavy truck repair business in Sanford, Florida, where he focused on making operations more efficient and productive. By streamlining repair processes, improving scheduling, and enhancing team performance, he strengthened the company’s ability to keep customers’ fleets running reliably. He also operated a sister company with a fleet of 20 heavy-duty semis running daily across Central Florida, gaining firsthand knowledge of the challenges fleet operators face.

With extensive experience in both hands-on repair and operational leadership, Justin understands the critical importance of reducing downtime and maximizing uptime.
